I took a job fortifying the on-hold Los Angeles Central Region High School No. 9. Freestanding objects, texts, kinetic elements, old-tech, and fencing all secretly double as sculpture. Found objects, put to their intended uses, complete the illusion. The job was comissioned by Coop Himelb(l)au and Green Dot, two organizations that navigated the downturn by tightening up, both reorganizing their operations around total service.
